  • Sodium Citrate dihydrate IP 0.17% w/v
  • Sodium Acetate Trihydrate IP 0.39% w/v
  • Magnesium Chloride IP 0.03% w/v
  • Water for Injections IP q.s.
Pharmacology
ISOL-PLUS BSS has physiological pH and isotonic salt concentration essential for inorganic ions.
  • No pharmacologic action
  • Provides cellular nutrients for intracellular functions
  • Maintains corneal transparency by maintaining endothelial cell metabolism
  • Reduces corneal clouding
  • Maintains intraocular pressure
  • Prolongs endothelial cell breakdown
  • Maintain physiological and anatomical integrity of the intraocular tissues and chamber.
  Recommended for:
  1. Refractive Surgery
  2. Corneal Surgery
  3. Anterior Segment reconstruction
  4. Vitrectomy
  5. Phacoemulsification
  *Expected maximum duration of less than 60 minutes.
