MNIL PLUS TABLET is a combination of PROPRANOLOL HYDROCHLORIDE and FLUNARIZINE DIHYDROCHLORIDE used for the treatment of migraine, this combination gives good effect against the migraine attacks. As per literary data after using this combination of drug number of migraine attacks get reduce. Both the ingredients have their own mechanism of action but with each other they give greater effect against migraine. PROPRANOLOL is functions by competing with sympathomemitic transmitters for binding with beta adrenergic receptor located in the heart for inhibiting sympathetic stimulation as a result heart rate, cardiac output, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, and reflex orthostatic hypotension reduces. FLUNARIZINE physically block the calcium channel which inhibits the influx of extracellular calcium via myocardial and vascular membrane pores , the decrease in calcium influx automatically decrease the contraction of smooth muscle and cause the dilation of the coronary and systemic arteries that further increases the oxygen delivery to the myocardial tissue.

MNIL PLUS TABLET is indicated to use in the following conditions-

• Migraine
• Tremors,
• Angina (chest pain),
• Hypertension (high blood pressure),
• Heart Rhythm Disorders, and
• Other Heart or Circulatory Conditions.

ADULT and ELDERLY- Advice to take 40mg tablet twice a day till doctor prescribed or as directed by physician.
