- As per the literary data, Loteprednol Etabonate is contraindicated in patients with ocular infections due to Acanthamoeba, herpes simplex virus, and fungi.
- Use cautiously for Glaucoma patients.
- Contraindicated to patients with hypersensitivity towards Loteprednol Etabonate.
- Prolonged used may increase the risk of corneal fungal infection.

Adverse Effect:
Abnormal vision / blurring, burning on instillation, chemosis, discharge, dry eyes, epiphora, foreign body sensation, itching, injection, and photophobia.
